Job Opening - Mazda Colours Pvt Ltd

Manager Sales - Mumbai

Responsibilities : Identifying & developing the target markets customers, budgeting, setting & achieving sales targets , strengthen distribution network, oversee & control dispatches & export shipments, interact with R&D and production for new product development & production planning.

Customer Management : Build strong customer , agent base manage key accounts, maintain rapport with existing customers, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, conflict resolution , compliance on client deliverables & revenues

Team Development : Set direction, inspire & groom team members, endure team members achieve targets

Desired Skills and Experience : Candidates hould be dynamic, motivated , target oriented, sincere, honest. Shoould have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors products and future business plans. Strong commercial knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English.

Leadership capabilities, excellennt networking, interpersonal & negotiation skills.

Above 5 years experience in marketing of pigments / speciality chemicals in domestic and international markets is desirable.

Knowledge of commuters essential

MANAGER IT - MUMBAI

Will oversee IT infrastructure ( both hardware and software ) of the office & at plants, tele communication external & internal networking

Desired Skills Experience : Should have knowledge of : Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP and SQL database management, M S Office,

Maintain network and system security , analyse and isolate issues, maintain network servers, file servers, intrusion detection systems, administer the servers, deskopts computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phone personal digital assistants, security updates & patches

Should have 10 to 15 years of experience

Qualification : Post Graduate in Computer Science or Computer Engineer
