Our View :
It seems bankers and unions are only interested in showoff and not to work for real cause for substantial hike in wage of PSB Bankers who are very very poorly paid as compared be it be PSU or Central Govt employee or Private Bank employees.

The banker should make immediate and substantial pressure on their union be it be clerical cadre or officer cadre that for get 40% hike or more but not less than that and go on immediate indefinite strike else they should mass resign from union, and this seems to be the last resort for ailing banker in terms of pay package.
